By registering the project, Point Mobile can assist in pre-evaluation, and provide support for project follow-up and implementation, thereby increasing the chances of winning the project and exploring more cooperation possibilities.

To register the project, please fill out the online form below and submit. Our team will verify the information and reach out. Approved project registrations by Point Mobile are valid for 90 days; should you need to extend it, please contact us with the project name.

Registering your project is quick and straightforward. To ensure fairness and deal protection, each submission is reviewed individually. Once approved, your project will be protected for 90 days.

What is considered a project?

A project or opportunity refers to a concrete business case involving the sale or implementation of Point Mobile products for a specific end customer. This could include a device rollout, a system integration, or a planned deployment within a defined timeframe and scope. To qualify, the opportunity should be identifiable, not yet awarded, and involve a clear intention to purchase or recommend Point Mobile solutions.

How fast will it take until my project is approved and protected?

Once your project registration is submitted, it typically takes a few business days for our team to review and approve it. As soon as it’s approved, your project is officially protected and valid for 90 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. To avoid delays, please ensure all required information is accurate and complete when submitting.

How long will my project be protected?

Once your project is approved, your project will be valid for 90 days.  

Can the deal protection of my project be extended?

Yes, a deal protection can be extended — but only if the project is actively progressing and regularly updated. Please keep us informed of key milestones, such as customer meetings, pilot deployments, or purchase timeline changes.

Which countries and regions are protected by the program?

Currently, Point Mobile Europe covers the countries within the following regions: DACH, Benelux, Nordics. If you have a project in any other country, please contact our headquarters or reach out to your Sales Representative.

Can a project be dissaproved?

Yes, a project can be disapproved if it does not meet the registration criteria. Common reasons include missing or inaccurate information, duplicate submissions for the same opportunity, or if the project has already been awarded or made public. To avoid disapproval, please ensure all details are complete, accurate, and submitted as early as possible.

The project registration might be declined if:

  • You are not a registered reseller or partner

  • The project is outside your assigned sales region

  • The same project has already been registered by another partner

  • Incomplete or incorrect information is provided

Can I register multiple projects at once?

Each project must be submitted individually with complete and accurate information. This ensures proper tracking and avoids conflicts with other registrations.

Will my registration be confidential?

Absolutely. All project submissions are treated as confidential and are only visible to our internal team and your assigned channel manager.
